PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Your personal data — including your name, surname, address, e-mail address, phone number, workplace, and professional details — is collected through the Material Request Form and processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and related regulations. 
Your data is processed:
• Under Article 5/2(c), where processing is necessary to perform a contract, and
• Under Article 5/2(f), where processing is based on our legitimate interests,
for purposes such as receiving material requests, ensuring delivery, and contacting you in case of delivery issues.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be shared with contracted courier companies solely for the purposes stated above, in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

DATA COLLECTION METHODS
The Turkish Green Crescent Society collects your personal data through the online form available at www.tbm.org.tr and, where applicable, through other communication channels you use to contact the Green Crescent.

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
As a data subject, you may apply to the Turkish Green Crescent Society to exercise the following rights:
• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• To request information if your data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is being used appropriately,
• To learn the third parties to whom your data has been transferred within Türkiye or abroad,
• To request correction if your personal data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, and to request that such correction be notified to third parties,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data when the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, and to request that this process be notified to third parties,
• To object to any outcome arising to your detriment from the analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the Law, and to request that any correction, deletion, or destruction carried out be notified to third parties to whom the data has been disclosed,
• To request compensation for any damage incurred due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

You may submit your requests regarding the rights listed above to the Turkish Green Crescent Society in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. The Turkish Green Crescent Society will respond free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the process incurs an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
